Wafer Support Ring - Hollister New Image 11203

This is a preliminary design. The Hollister 11203 wafers have a slight extension that allows the plastic bag ring to extend somewhat from the wafer. The inner diameter of this wafer support ring is slightly smaller than the plastic bag ring on the wafer. Correct fit would be to pull the wafer's flexible plastic ring through the wafer support ring. This will allow the wafer support ring to transmit force to the skin surrounding the stoma.
